Committing to a Life of Learning...

Confession 2:  Often I feel lost in the world of PR.  Yes, this IS where I want to be, but rarely do I feel like this is where I belong.  Why you ask?  Well the truth is, when it comes down to it I just don't know enough about PR or what is happening in the political or entertainment world. A large part of this is my own fault. 

My Resolve:  I will READ more and stop using grad school as an excuse not to.  I will LISTEN more to news radio and political podcast.  I will WATCH more news, intellectual lectures (i.e. TedTalks), and political history shows.  Feelings of inadequacy often stem from a lack of knowing.... I will be in the KNOW

An Elite Cleanse of the Chocolate Heart and Mind

I lay awake last night thinking of all that I have to say... So at 4:45am I decided... I will spend the next 31 days doin a mental & emotional cleanse.  The next 31 days will be filled with my heart's confessions... If I have ever loved you expect a call from me... I plan to say all the things that I should have said but never did... all the things that I have been carrying with me day after day....

I will also be making personal confessions and declaring a resolve that I will be responsible to maintain...

• Confession 1: I usually daydream myself to sleep, imaging my life to be different than it is, imagining a special person was next to me or picturing the future.

• My Resolve: I will stay grounded at all the times even when I am closest to my dreams... It is important to be present to success
